This is a practical session focussing on the risk of breach in construction and how to recognise a data breach and deal with it

– GDPR – Practical Lessons from Year 1

– Why is data protection relevant to construction?

– Data use and retention

– Data breaches – how to recognise and deal with them

– Contracts – what they need to cover
